Jonsbo offers us a new big case with its D500. On the program, a model with a rather modular interior capable of betting on the storage or the length of the graphic cards. On the other hand, beware of the weight and dimensions.
D500: up to 11 SSDs and 10 hard drives!
With this new case, Jonsbo offers us a rather imposing reference that measures 250 (W) x 620 (D) x 586 (H) mm. As for the weight, we are at 17.5 kg, in short a big baby.
However, these dimensions allow it to take motherboards up to E-ATX for example. Similarly, the rest of the components will not be outdone with 220 mm for the power supply or 190 mm for the CPU fan. As for the graphics cards, we have 340 mm free with HDD baskets, 480 mm without.
And while we’re at it, in this model we find a system of optional baskets. Once installed, we find a total of ten 3.5″ slots or eleven in 2.5″. Quite a storage capacity, ideal for a server for example.
Moreover, the imposing dimensions of the case allow it to offer a good capacity of reception in connection with the radiators of watercooling. Indeed, we have a support of models in 360/420 mm in the top and in front. At the back, we will be satisfied with a model in 120 mm despite the support of fans in 120/140 mm.
It only remains to talk about the price, which is around 309.90 € at Caseking.de. Two colors are offered with black and gray!
