0

Small news from Scythe who announces the arrival of its Fuma 2 Rev B. As a reminder, the Fuma is a compact dual tower heatsink equipped with two 120mm fans. Moreover, it shows an excellent compatibility with RAM, which is not the case of all fans… Especially in this format!

Fuma 2 Rev B: what’s new?

Scythe Fuma 2 Rev. B Who says revision, necessarily says some changes. So what does this new model offer us? First of all, we notice a small reduction of the dimensions. Indeed, this Rev. B is now 137 (W) x 129 (D) x 154,5 (H) mm against 137 (W) x 131 (D) x 154,5 (H) mm for the second generation.

Then, we find slim fans a little faster running up to 1500 RPM against 1200 RPM. This improves the air flow which is 39.44 CFM and the pressure which is 0.96 mmH2O for the slim fan. The second fan, 25 mm thick, has an airflow of 67.62 CFM and a static pressure of 1.50 mmH2O.

Otherwise, we see some aesthetic changes with all-black mills. The unreviewed model offered black framed fans, but gray silentblocks and blades.

For the rest, the radiator still has two cooling towers crossed by six copper heat pipes of 6 mm each.

The price is still unknown, but it should be available in April!
