New memory kits to land at Crucial with the Pro Series. A series gathering DDR4 and DDR5 series quite basic in short. However, we can count on the XMP3.0 and AMD Expo compatibility in the case of DDR5!
Pro Series: RAM in DDR4 and DDR5!
With this memory, Crucial offers us memory kits in DDR5 as well as in DDR4 which are still massively used. However, the modules are sober with dissipators devoid of artifice. Indeed, the memory does not need any RGB lighting system.
In terms of DDR4, this series comes in kits of 2×8 GB or 2×16 GB with frequencies of 3200 MT/s only. The timings are in CL22 while the voltage is 1.2V. Finally, we will only find support for Intel XMP 2.0 profiles.
Regarding DDR5, the memory seems to be available only in 2×8 GB kits. In this configuration, we have a frequency of 5600 MT/s with timings in 46-46-45-45 with a voltage of 1.1V. However, this series is distinguished by the support of AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0 profiles.
As far as prices are concerned, you will have to count $69.99 and $141.99 for the DDR4 kits in 16GB and 32GB. DDR5 on the other hand is priced at $114.99.
