This morning, thanks to VideoCardz, we’re able to lay our eyes on the packaging for the future spearhead of the Core Ultra 200 processor series. Indeed, the packaging for the Core Ultra 9 285K has just been leaked. As usual, for its big model, the brand has come up with a beautifully crafted and original box!
Core Ultra 9 285K: packaging preview!
It features a rectangular box with a different color scheme from previous versions. The predominant hue is black, with a few touches of blue and silver lettering. The composition remains unchanged, with “Intel Core Ultra” positioned in the center, the series number in the top right-hand corner and a small ” Unlocked ” at the bottom, underlining that this is an overclockable CPU.
Of course, this box will contain the CPU, but also, a little decoration in view of the solid plastic protective shell. Since Gen 12, the brand’s top-of-the-range models have come with a fake silicon wafer to decorate your desktop. Here, we wonder what it might look like.
As a reminder, this model will be positioned as the highest-end CPU in the series, with 24 cores and 24 threads. It will operate at up to 5.7 GHz boost, while boasting a thermal envelope of 125W. Launch is scheduled for October 24.
