Assassin King 120 SE: Thermalright heatsink, but with RGB!

New heatsink from Thermalright. The brand actually announces an Assassin King 120 SE, a new model based on the non-SE version. Basically, we take the same base and put an RGB fan on it. That’s how we can summarize this product!

Assassin King 120 SE : the same, but with RGB !

Thermalright Assassin King 120 SEWith this cooler, the brand puts forward a relatively compact heatsink measuring 120 (W) x 71 (D) x 148 (H) mm with the fan. On the scale, we have a set weighing 640 g, not enough to tear a socket either.

The heatsink looks quite good with the presence of nickel-plated heatpipes. The fin block on its side has a first black piece with the brand logo directly stamped. However, no cap to hide the end of the heatpipes, it’s a bit of a shame.

Otherwise, the heatsink has a total of 51 aluminum fins crossed by five 6mm copper heatpipes. They meet at a non-off-center base and will come into direct contact with the processor.

Ventilation is provided by an aRGB TL-C12C-S mill, a 120mm model with a PWM power supply. At full speed, it will run up to 1550 RPM and generate an airflow of 66.17 CFM and a static pressure of 1.53 mmH2O.

Finally, no price, but we know that it will mount on Intel LGA-1000 and AMD AM4 platforms.
