Arctic offers us a new fan, the P12 Max. It is a mill with a design based on the aRGB models… But without the light part. In addition, they offer a very wide speed range!
P12 Max : from 200 rpm to 3300 rpm !
With its P12 Max, Arctic offers us a fan with a very, very, very wide speed range. In fact, the brand’s technical data sheet mentions an operating range between 200 rpm and 3300 rpm. Normally, the fan should be very versatile, able to offer a golden silence at low speed while having the ability to seek degrees at high speed.
Regarding airflow and static pressure, the figures are quite encouraging. Airflow should reach a maximum of 81.04 CFM, while static pressure should be 4.35 mmH2O at full throttle. Normally, the noise should also be under control, which is something that surprised us when we tested the Liquid Freezer II 240 equipped with two P12 PWM… But they were not as fast.
Otherwise, the fan still offers a total of five particularly wide and curved blades. However, given the speed reached by the fan, they are connected by an internal ring. Finally, we find a double ball bearing and a steel shaft.
Prices are always affordable at Arctic, the proof is that the fan is priced at 12.99 €!
