When you are an overclocker, an assembler or a tester of computer equipment, you can say that you use thermal paste in large quantities. Very often, we look for the biggest packaging to save money and to buy it less often. Alphacool answers this need with its Apex paste now available in 20g, 50g and 100g jars!

Apex: paste available in very large packages!

Alphacool ApexWith its paste, Alphacool announces one of the most efficient models on the market. The brand boasts the thermal conductivity of its model: 17 W/mK which is still high. For comparison, the MX-4 is at 8.5 W/mk while the Kryonaut from Thermal Grizzly is at 12.5 W/mK. With this, we have a density of 3.5 g/cm3.

The paste is non-conductive, so it can be applied anywhere and on any component. However, the brand does not communicate on the composition of its new Nutella. Nevertheless, Alphacool indicates that it contains nanoparticles able to fill the smallest air pockets.

Finally, the most important: the packaging. The paste is now available in 20g, 50g and 100g jars, which guarantees many, many applications. Moreover, the container is resealable to prevent the paste from drying out.

Moreover, the economies of scale should be present since the company announces 20% savings by weight by buying a 20g jar compared to a 4g syringe. On Aquatuning the price per kilo is 2016,60 € for the 100g against 4024 € in 4g packaging. But you still need to have such a quantity.

Otherwise, on the price side, these pots of 20g, 50g and 100g will cost you respectively 60,48 €, 131,08 € and 201,66 €!
