Last May, we briefly talked to you about the AP201 case from Asus. As a reminder, it was a compact, sober PC case with mesh panels for better breathing. In short, if we talk about it again now, it’s because the selling price is finally known!
AP201: a case that looks good for less than 90 € !
As a reminder, we find a compact model measuring 205 (W) x 460 (D) x 350 (H) mm. You will have understood it, it offers a volume of 33l and a weight of 5,8 kg. And as far as materials are concerned, the brand opts for mesh panels that can be found at all levels: front, sides and top.
Internally, we will have room for the installation of motherboards in micro-ATX, mini-DTX and mini-ITX format. With this, we find a clearance of 180 mm in length for the power supply(ATX). As for the graphics card, it will be able to measure 338 mm in length.
For cooling, Asus puts forward a triple fan support in 120 mm at the top. At the back, we have a 120 mm slot as well. However, the brand does not specify what can be installed at the bottom. Finally, for watercooling, we have compatibility with 280/360 mm radiators at the top.
We finish by mentioning the storage, which has a 2.5″ slot and three others in 2.5″/3.5″. Finally, the bill is rather accessible since the selling price is announced at 89 €.
