Another Arc Alchemist card in front of the camera

Every day that passes is another step closer to Intel’s launch of graphics cards. While the latest rumors indicate that the blues will be unveiled first on laptops, some of our sources suggest that we could have an official release of the Arc Alchemist PC cards by the end of the first quarter. Proof that things are progressing slowly but surely, our colleagues from Videocardz have been able to unearth some new photos of an Arc Alchemist card. We can see an evolution with the previous leaks especially on the PCB allowing us to say that we are still on a qualification card (engineering sample) but that the progress is clearly visible.

Arc Alchemist Sample For the moment, these photos do not allow us to determine if we are in the presence of the top of the range or the version below the range. The PCB allows us to see that this card can potentially receive 12 GB or 16 GB of GDDR6 memory depending on the version.

Arc Alchemist PCB The photographic clues revealed here lead us to believe that we could be in the presence of a card equipped with the GPU DG2-512EU). This model would be the top of the range with a GPU composed of 512 execution units. The high-end version of this future Intel family is expected to be close to or even superior to the RTX 3070 or 3070Ti while being able to offer technologies that compete with Nvidia solutions. Indeed, the Intel XeSS (the equivalent of DLSS ), as well as a competitive hardware acceleration for Ray Tracing are expected as standard.
