Computex hasn’t even officially kicked off yet, and AMD has graced us with its first announcement specifically dedicated to PC hardware. For those following us, this announcement is not really a surprise, but an official confirmation of the launch of the Ryzen 5800X3D, Ryzen 7700X3D and the Radeon RX 9070 GRE.

We’ve been hearing about this processor for some time now, but it’s now official. An opportunity for the Reds to emphasize the longevity of its AM4 socket. Of course, the current crisis almost mechanically extends the life expectancy of this socket, but let’s be clear: this 5800X3D is the last cartridge that AMD will be firing for the AM4. Nevertheless, according to the official slices, this processor will be far from ridiculous for gamers in particular.

Worldwide availability of the RX 9070 GRE

Here again, this card is not really a surprise, since this model has already been launched on the Chinese market. It should soon arrive in Europe and the United States. Where to place this graphics card in the current hierarchy? It’s equipped with the Navi-48 GPU, comprising 48 computing units, equivalent to 3,072 FP32 stream processors. It’s based on a 12 GB GDDR6 memory, operating at 18 Gbps thanks to a 192-bit bus, with a power consumption of 220 W, comparable to that of its big sister, the RX 9070.
