Razer has just unveiled the DeathAdder V4 Pro. The legend is back, faster, lighter and more technologically advanced. A key innovation for Razer, since this iconic mouse has sold over 20 million units worldwide.
In fact, while the new Deathadder’s aesthetics remain unchanged, its shape, so popular with millions of gamers, has been fine-tuned, while preserving its ergonomics. It weighs just 56 grams (black) or 57 grams (white), making it an ultra-lightweight option, perfect for fast-paced gaming.

In fact, it’s under the hood that it incorporates quite a few changes. Featuring Razer’s HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 technology, it ensures a stable connection, with 37% less latency than the previous version. It boasts a polling rate of 8000 Hz in wireless mode, a performance equivalent to wired connections. In addition, it features the Razer Focus Pro 45K Gen-2 optical sensor with a resolution of up to 45,000 DPI, a tracking speed of 900 IPS, and 99.8% accuracy, guaranteeing precise movements on all surfaces. It features a new, more precise and durable optical thumbwheel, as well as Gen-4 optical switches, resistant to up to 100 million clicks, ensuring exemplary longevity. If you turn it over, you’ll notice that this new version has wider PTFE pads for smoother gliding.
Last but not least, the advertised autonomy is also spectacular, with the brand announcing up to 150 hours of autonomy at 1,000 Hz. It can be switched to wired mode on the fly if required. Of course, customization will take place via Razer’s Synapse software, where advanced software features such as Dynamic Sensitivity and Sensitivity Matcher are also included to offer competitive gamers greater control.
