New heatsink to appear at Thermalright : the Phantom Spirit 120. It is a double tower heatsink in 120 mm. In addition, we will find a large number of copper heatpipes: seven in total!
Phantom Spirit 120 : new addition at Thermalright !
With this new heatsink, Thermalright offers us a reference measuring 125 (W) x 110 (D) x 157 (H) mm without the fans. With it, the depth increases to 135 mm due to the presence of a 25 mm mill mounted on the front.
As we said, this is a fan in the so-called “double tower” format. It has two stacks of aluminum fins each crossed by a total of seven copper heat pipes of 6 mm each. The whole is joined at the level of a base, itself in copper, but nickel-plated.
The cooling is provided by a duo of TL-C12B V2. These are 120×25 mm fans powered by PWM. At full speed, they will reach the speed of 1500 rpm, which guarantees a certain silence in use. At full speed, the air flow generated will be 66.17 CFM while the static pressure will reach 1.53 mmH2O.
Once again, this is a ventilator that is intended for mainstream motherboards. Compatibility is ensured with Intel’s LGA-1000/2000 models as well as AM4 and AM5 sockets.
For the moment, no price is known, but we know that the warranty will be six years!
