Alphacool continues to delight us with new products for watercooling systems. Indeed, the brand offers us a new pump/tank combo from its Eisbecher series!
Eisbecher: a new tank pump combo from Alphacool!
With this new combo, the brand offers us a set including a pump and a tank. The tank itself is made of glass and acetal and has two different capacities: 180 ml or 360 ml. Nevertheless, what would be modern equipment without aRGB lighting? Alphacool gives in to the temptation by including 12 addressable diodes.
On the pump side, we have the right to a VPP Apex D5 announced as powerful. The control is done via a 4-pin fan plug. This will allow to manage its speed, between 2500 rpm and 4500 rpm. Nevertheless, this will not be enough for the power supply since a SATA plug is required. On the other hand, this model has a water column of 4.25 m and a maximum flow rate of 340 l/h.
Finally, in the box, we find all the mounting kit. This last one will allow to place the combo freely in a box… Or to mount it directly on a radiator or a free fan slot. For the connection, we have one G1/4″ input port and three G1/4″ output ports. We have one at the base of the tank and three at the top.
Let’s not forget to mention the dimensions. They are 77 (W) x 77 (D) x 242 (H) mm in 360 ml against 77 (W) x 77 (D) x 142 (H) mm in 180 ml. The pump, displays 65 (W) x 65 (D) x 41 (H) mm.
The bill, for its part, will reach 139.98 € in 180 ml against 145.98 € in 360 ml!
