Thermaltake launches new power supplies with its Toughpower GF3 series. On the program, we find six models whose powers are going to look high, up to 1650W all the same… Especially since they are PCIe 5.0 compatible!
Toughpower GF3: six big PCIe 5. 0-compatible power supplies!
In the program, we find a total of six power supplies whose powers start high enough. Indeed, the least powerful model of the range already displays 750W. The other versions show 850W, 1000W, 1200W, 1350W and finally 1650W! Finally, what you should remember about this series is the fully modular cable management and the 80+ Gold certification. The same goes for the connectivity with the presence of one (or two on the 1650W) PCIe 5. 0 connector in 12+4 pins. So here we are, ready for the next generation of graphics cards! Otherwise, cooling is provided by a fan measuring between 135 mm and 140 mm for the 1350W and 1650W models. The fan in question offers a semi-passive operation up to 30% load via a simple button press. Finally, internally, we will retain the use of Japanese capacitors and an LLC design with DC-to-DC converter. Also, the brand announces a strict regulation of voltages: < ±3% with a low ripple noise lower than 30 mV. Unfortunately, no price has been communicated.
