In Win completes its A series of cases with a model able to host micro-ATX motherboards. Here is theA3, the size above theA1 which was designed for mini-ITX motherboards.
A3: an A series case for a micro-ATX card !
This new model offers rather compact dimensions, at the same time, it is intended for micro-ATX motherboards. These are 215 (W) x 401 (D) x 347 (H) mm and a weight of 5.24 kg. Internally, as we said, we have a space to accommodate a micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboard. However, the layout remains rather original with a power supply unit installed vertically behind the front panel. Be careful with its depth, which can be between 140 mm and 200 mm. Indeed, if your graphics card is more than 280 mm long, you will have to opt for a power supply unit of 170 mm maximum.
For cooling, In Win uses a vertical airflow. Thus, the cool air comes from the bottom of the case and directly waters the graphics card. It will therefore be possible to integrate up to five fans in 120 mm: two at the bottom, two at the top and one at the back. The basic case integrates a Mercury 120 mill at the bottom. We will retain its slim format of 20 mm thick. However, for the liquid cooling, it will have to be satisfied with a compatibility with 360 mm radiators. We finish with the selling price which is 115,00 € directly from the online store of the brand!
