ARC notebook GPU lineup unveiled

We should have precise (and official) information on the ARC GPUs from Intel in the coming hours. It is first the range for laptops that will be unveiled but already a very complete leak sheds light on what will be the positioning of Intel.

The Intel ARC range for laptops

The first models should be immediately available in several brands of laptops. Thus, the Intel A370M equipped with 4 GB of GDDR6 memory, with 8 Xe cores (128 execution units) and a frequency of 1550 MHz for a consumption located around 35-50W. Just below we find the Arc A350M card, with 6 Xe Cores at a frequency of 1150 MHz with the same memory configuration and a TDP between 25 and 35W. Clearly, these GPUs are the entry level with the objective of holding a resolution of 1080p at 60 FPS in average quality. Things should start to liven up in early summer with the availability of the Arc A550, featuring 16 Xe cores and 16 cores dedicated to Ray Tracing (2048 EUs) at a frequency of 900 MHz. This version will be equipped with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory with a 128-bit memory interface and a consumption between 60 and 80W.

The medium and high end on your laptops this summer?

But it is surely the Arc A770M, with 32 Xe cores and as many units dedicated to Ray Tracing (4096 EU) that will interest us. This card will obviously be the top of the range running at a frequency of 1650 MHz. This version will be equipped with 16 GB of GDDR6 memory and a 256-bit memory interface with a TDP around 120 to 150W. Note that just below, an Arc A730M, with 24 Xe cores at 1100 MHz will be equipped with 12 GB of memory, a 192-bit interface and a TDP of 80 to 120W.
