Riser PCIe 4.0 x16: Cooler Master launches its PCIe extension!
With its new riser, Cooler Master offers a cable with a length of 30 cm. Clearly, we will have room for the connection of its graphics card. The riser also has several layers of shielded cables to reduce electromagnetic disturbances. Moreover, for the aesthetic side, we have a purple layer.
As far as connectivity is concerned, you will have understood that we have the right to PCIe x16 with the 4.0 standard. Moreover, it remains backwards compatible with PCIe 3.0. Finally, we can notice that the female connector is at 90° in order to reduce the space under the graphics card for example. In some cases, this counts, especially when the vertical slots are close to the power supply cache.
Now, as for the price and availability, obviously, the riser is already available on LDLC. For this model, the bill is about sixty euros on the French store.
