Gelid, the brand specialized in cooling, announces a new fan. We find the Zodiac 120, a 120 mm fan with RGB lighting. But what else does it offer?
Zodiac 120: a new RGB mill at Gelid!
With this new model, the brand offers us a fan powered by PWM. This one will run from 700 RPM to 1600 RPM, a rather tight rotation range. Moreover, at full speed, it will generate a static pressure of 1.47 mmH2O and an unspecified air flow… Too bad for a fan not to stipulate the flow generated.
As we can see, the mill has a classic RGB lighting since the diodes are located at the central hub. On the other hand, they are rather numerous since we find 16 of them! To control them, you will have to go through the motherboard thanks to a three-pin aRGB socket.
Otherwise, the frame also has rubber silentblocks to reduce vibrations during operation.
Finally, the pricing will be soft since the manufacturer announces its fan at about ten euros. At this price, it is an interesting fan for those who want to improve the cooling of their tower while adding a little color!
