Last year at Computex, we got a first look at Arctic’s Xtender case shortly before its launch. The case featured a spacious interior, but above all, support for multiple fans and ample top clearance for mounting Arctic’s particularly thick radiators. However, the case featured heavily tinted glass panels, mostly black. Today, we’ve learned that a version with transparent panels is now available!

With this case, the Swiss brand offers us a rather imposing model measuring 231 (W) x 529 (D) x 529 (H) mm. Inside, it can accommodate a motherboard up to E-ATX format, while the graphics card slot offers up to 482 mm of length. The CPU cooler isn’t left out, with 171 mm of height, while the power supply should not exceed 200 mm in length if you keep the HDD cage.

Otherwise, for cooling, the base model comes with a full set of fans. At the rear, two P12 Pro A-RGB fans are mounted for exhaust, while three P14 Pro fans with reverse-curved blades handle the intake. But if desired, you can add three 120/140 mm fans at the top.

As for water cooling, there are dual mounts for 420mm radiators—one at the top and one to the right of the motherboard. Better yet, Arctic provides ample space to easily accommodate its Liquid Freezer units. As a reminder, a Liquid Freezer III Pro requires 63mm of depth (radiator and fans)!

What about the price?

This new version with a transparent window is priced at €146.65, which is quite affordable considering what’s on offer here. The price goes up to €186.65 if you opt for the version with a vertical riser for the graphics card.
