The brand ADATA launches new DDR5 memory kits with its XPG Caster series. New RAM with RGB heatsink and without lighting for a better compatibility with aircooling heatsinks !

In the program, the brand offers us a memory with an interesting design with an asymmetrical pattern. The latter comes in a module equipped with a light or not. Note that in this second case, the height is also reduced since it goes from 43 mm to 37.5 mm. This will ensure better compatibility with the largest aircooling heatsinks!
Nevertheless, what interests us the most are the technical characteristics. Thus, the brand offers us kits with capacities of 16 GB. In terms of frequency, each version (RGB and non-RGB) offers frequencies of 6000 MT/s, 6400 MT/s and 7000 MT/s. In terms of latency, there is no difference between the two versions with CL36 and CL40. Finally, the voltages are 1.25V and 1.5V for the non-illuminated version. The RGB models will need a little more juice to run: 1.25V and 1.45V depending on the kits.
Unfortunately, the price is still unknown… We will have to wait a little longer to get all the information.
