Thermaltake announces a new case with its Versa T27. If the front panel differs from the Versa T26, the chassis remains identical in every respect. A practice well known by case manufacturers which allows to easily propose different visuals without having to start from scratch!
Versa T27: an alternative to Versa T36!
With the T27, TT offers a case measuring 225 (W) x 464.2 (D) x 485 (H) mm and weighing 8.21 kg. Dimensions and weight identical to the T26. However, the front panel changes. Instead of having a mix between tempered glass and metal mesh, we find a perforated front with the logo “TT” of the brand to let the machine breathe.
For the time being, no change concerning the compatibility with the components:
- 175 mm height for the CPU cooling unit
- 350 mm length for the graphics card
- 200 mm for the power supply (160 mm with the HDD cage in place)
Same for the storage part with a total of four slots 2.5″ or 2x 2.5″ and 2x 3.5″.
The ventilation will be able to embark up to seven fans in 120 mm or five 140 mm. And in terms of watercooling radiators, we will retain the support of models in 360 mm and 280 mm maximum in the top and front.
For the moment no selling price is known.
