From Thermalright, we learn that the brand launches a whole series of thermal pads. With its Valor Odin Series, the company launches pads in three thicknesses while being non-conductive of electricity.

My brand offers small pink thermal pads of different thicknesses. On the size side, the pads measure 95 (L) x 50 (W) mm with thicknesses of 1 mm, 1.5 mm and 2 mm.
As you can see, it will be up to you to cut the strips to the right size. Their purpose is to be applied on the power supply stages of a graphic card or your motherboard for example. The same goes for the memory chips of a GPU, where this solution is very appropriate.
As for the technical characteristics, Thermalright announces a thermal conductivity of 15 W/mK with a density of 3.1 g/cc (gram per cubic centimeter). Of course, the pad does not conduct electricity.
Now, all this is very nice, nevertheless, we do not know how much it will cost. So, keep in mind that according to the dimensions, the thickness and the thermal conductivity, a plate can be found between 7 € and 29 € on Top Buy.
