V-Color delivers CUDIMM RAM at 9000 MT/s!

V-Color has announced a new memory kit offering high capacity and high speed. We’re talking about 9000 MT/s. Despite this speed, you’d expect huge latencies… Well, not even … ! And more: everything is accessible at the click of a button, thanks to the XMP 3.0 profile!

V-Color: 64 GB of RAM at 9000 MT/s in CL48!

V-Color RAM CUDIMM 9000 MT/sThe program includes a Manta XFinity memory kit, a set of memory sticks using an RGB lighting system via light bars on the top. What’s more, the heatsink appears to be white… However, what interests us here are the specifications, which show a total capacity of 64 GB via two 32 GB modules. As for frequency, as we said, the memory is rated at 9000 MT/s.

Despite this high frequency, you’d think that the timings would explode, especially as this frequency seems to be achievable in the Gear 2… Well, not so much. Under these conditions, the memory runs at CL48-64-140, all at 1.4V. Of course, the RAM remains stable, and a demonstration was made on a platform based on a Core Ultra 7 265K and an MSI Z890 Unify-X. The configuration was able to pass a stability test on RumMemtestPro.

On slightly less high-end platforms, the memory performs well with good frequencies. We’re talking about 8800 MT/s with the same timings on an MSI Pro Z890-P, an entry-level card with four memory slots… A configuration that is not ideal for increasing RAM frequency. In short, it looks pretty convincing.

Now, just to clarify, as this is a CUDIMM kit, it is only compatible with Intel’s Z890 platform and Core Ultra 200s.

For the moment, the price is not known and the memory is not yet available. Its launch is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.
