Right now, there is a new frequency record on DDR5 every week. The january 25thlupin_no_musume posted his Trident Z5 at 8888 MT/s. The following week, on february 2ndchiang-Cheng-Tao pushed his T-Force Delta RGB to 8904 MT/s. Today, Lupin is back in the spotlight with its G.Skill kit running at 9559.6 MT/s!

To achieve this new overclocking record, the Taiwanese always uses an Asus ROG Maximus Z690 Apex motherboard. On the CPU side, we still have a Core i9 12900K. For this record, no change in the parameters, the CPU was running at 3.53 GHz on four cores and with hyperthreading. Regarding the cooling, again, no secret, since liquid nitrogen was used.

In terms of memory, the G.Skill kit reaches even higher frequencies. Where it was running at 4444 MHz at the end of January, this time it goes up to 4779.7 MHz (9559.6 MT/s). During the year, the timings were 127-120-120-172-2. On the other hand, such a frequency was reached only on one module.

Moreover, as last time, we assume that it is an ES (engineering sample) kit with SK Hynix chips, which are more playful with frequencies.

In short, at the rate things are going, it is not impossible to see DDR5 reaching 5000 MHz (10000 MT/s) by the end of the quarter.

This way to 9559.6 MT/s!
