Thermaltake announces the arrival of two new power supplies. It is about models displaying powers of 1050W and 1200W. These models come to complete the Toughpower PF1 series whose powers were included between 650W and 850W.

Toughpower PF1: two blocks in 1050W and 1200W!

Thermaltake Toughpower PF1 With these new references, the brand offers us sober power supplies without RGB lighting. The rest of the shell remains entirely black, nothing exuberant. At the same time, when you know that most of the blocks end up under a power supply cover… There’s no need to go overboard with the design, but we’re getting lost.

As we said, these two blocks have a power of 1050W and 1200W. They also have a fully modular cable management and 80+ Platinum certification. The other advantage of this series lies, in our opinion, in the dimensions of these power supplies. Indeed, the brand announces blocks of 14 cm deep. What to have big fat watts in a small space.

Internally, we have the right to a fan that can go up very high in speed: up to 2500 RPM. Of course, this may make a little noise, but on the other hand, if necessary, we have cooling available. And if you are really allergic to noise, a semi-fables mode is available.

On the electrical side, Thermaltake announces a very low ripple noise lower than 30 mV. Also, we can count on a very strict regulation of the voltages <±2%. On the 12V side, we have the right to a single rail finally, the brand opts for 100% Japanese capacitors in 105°C.

Unfortunately, Thermaltake has not yet announced a selling price for the moment.
