Toughpower iRGB Plus: big power supplies in 1250W and 1650W!

Thermaltake Toughpower iRGB PlusWith these power supplies, Thermaltake is offering us two high-power units. In fact, these power supplies boast 1250W and 1650W. What’s more, their efficiency is excellent, since they are certified 80+ Titanium, the highest certification in the industry.

Internally, of course, we have quality components, such as Japanese capacitors, but that’s the basics. In addition, Thermaltake has announced strict voltage regulation with <±2% variation. Similarly, Thermaltake has announced a very low noise <30 mV. To finish with the electrical part, we also note the presence of OCP, OVP, UVP, OPP, OTP and SCP protections.

Ventilation is provided by a 140 mm Riin Duo 14 mill. The only hitch is that we don’t know whether it operates in semi-passive or not, as the brand communicates more about its software solution for managing RGB lighting and monitoring the unit.

Of course, the connectivity will be rich and comprehensive. However, only the 1650W version features two 12VHPWRs.

Price-wise, it stings a little: €379.99 for the 1250W vs. €479.99 for the 1650W.
