Thermaltake has announced a little novelty with a new air cooler. The brand presents its UX200 SE aRGB, a single-tower heatsink featuring a 120 mm fan with lighting.

UX200 SE: a new 120 mm fan cooler from Thermaltake!

Thermaltake UX200 SE aRGBWith this new heatsink, Thermaltake offers us a reference in a well-known format. It’s a single-tower cooler in 120 mm format. It measures 122 (W) x 61 (D) x 156.2 (D) mm.

The heat sink itself is crossed by a total of four 6 mm copper heat pipes. However, we don’t know whether they are mounted in direct contact with the CPU or not. We don’t have any photos of the base, so it’s hard to say.

The fan is a PWM-powered 120 mm model. Its speed range extends from 800 rpm to 1,800 rpm, rather swift for an air-cooling fan. At full speed, it generates an airflow of 62.72 CFM, while static pressure peaks at 1.47 mmH2O.

On the other hand, what’s most pleasing is the wide variety of sockets it supports. The heatsink is compatible with AMD’s AM5/4/3/2 and FM2/1. In Intel, it can be mounted on LGA-1700/1200/115x/775 platforms.

This heatsink is not yet commercially available. On the other hand, it’s a safe bet that it will be available for around forty euros, or even less.
