A new case for Thermaltake… Well, a new color rather, since the brand is offering its Ceres 300 in Matcha Green. As a reminder, this is a color that originally appeared on the brand’s Tower 200.

Of course, the base of the case remains the Ceres 300, which is more compact than the 500, resulting in dimensions of 245 (W) x 475 (H) x 463 (D) mm and a weight of 7.8 kg.
Inside, there’s plenty of room for an E-ATX motherboard. The graphics card benefits from 34 cm with a front-mounted radiator, 37 cm without. The cooler is 185 mm high, while the power supply can be up to 220 mm deep.
Naturally, this is a model that relies on airflow thanks to its perforated front panel. By default, it comes with two 140 mm aRGB front-mounted mills and a third, unilluminated rear-mounted mill. So, by default, the ventilation is well constituted. If you wish, you can add two 140 mm mills or three 120 mm mills at the top to complete the picture.
The watercooling radiator support remains fairly standard, with 280/360 mm compatibility at the front. At the top, we’ll settle for a 240/280 mm slot only.
Once again, what about the price? True, Thermaltake is announcing this new model, but does not give a price. On the other hand, we’ll retain the bill of €100 to €110 for the black and white colors, which may be a good indicator.
