The Arc A580 is an entry/mid-range graphics card that Intel announced, but never launched… At least for the time being. In fact, this model now appears in the GeekBench database. In terms of score, it rivals AMD’s RX 7600!

In terms of score, the little blue card comes in at a mere 82,992 pts. This score was obtained by pairing the card with a Core i7 12700, 32 GB DDR5 running at 4800 MT/s, all on an Asus Z690-E Strix Gaming. In layman’s terms, the score is equivalent to that of an AMD RX 7600 and 6.5% lower than NVIDIA’s RTX 3060.

In terms of configuration, it features an ACM-G10 GPU with 3072 computing units. This chip is also backed up by 8 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit memory bus. Coupled with a frequency of 16 Gbps, bandwidth is 512 GB/s, while TDP rises to 175W.

At present, the card is not commercially available, but this isn’t the first time it has appeared in a benchmark database. The last time was on GFXBench on July 22. In short, this multiplication of benchmarks may mean that a launch is imminent. On the other hand, it’s not impossible that we’re dealing with a low-key launch like the brand’s latest mobile GPU launches.

However, if the card is on a par with the RX 7600 in terms of performance at an aggressive price, Intel could do some damage. The A750 is available from €250 in France. If this model is positioned in the €175 – €200 sector, we wouldn’t put much stock in AMD or NVIDIA, especially for mainstream gaming!
