be quiet! launches new power supplies on the market with its System Power 10 series. This is a rather aggressively positioned series with attractive prices.
System Power 10: affordable power supplies from be quiet!
Overall, this range is divided into two categories, the SP 10 and the SP 10U. The main difference is the target market, with the U models intended for sectors outside Europe. 
For the time being, the models we are interested in, the ” non-U ” models, have power ratings between 450W and 850W. Intermediate versions exist with 550W, 650W and 750W. All these references benefit from an 80+ Bronze certification except the 850W version which is 80+ Gold!
Internally, each block benefits from a 120mm fan announced as silent. Unfortunately, no semi-passive operation, its speed will depend on the temperature of the block. Otherwise, except for the 850W model (two 12V rails), the power supplies benefit from a single 12V rail and the OCP, OVP, OPP, SCP, UVP and OTP protections.
Unfortunately, in an effort to reduce costs, there is no cable modularity, as the cables remain attached to the power supply. Moreover, they have a basic finish: black and flat. However, there will be enough connectivity: 4x PCIe 6+2 for the 750W model for example.
Prices are announced and the entry ticket is 49.90 € for the 450W block. Then it goes up crescendo: 59,90 € (550W), 69,90 € (650W), 79,90 € (750W) and finally 107,90 € (850W). The guarantee is 5 years!
