Streacom SG10: even more GPUs supported!

0

With its SG10 case, the Streacom brand offers an interesting concept: passively cooling a graphics card and a processor. However, while socket compatibility is straightforward thanks to their standard dimensions, graphics card compatibility… It’s more complicated. The brand announces twelve new compatible cards!

Streacom SG10: 12 new compatible graphics cards!

Streacom SG10

This case features two passive cooling loops: one for the CPU, the other for the GPU. The latter is based on an evaporator system coupled to a condenser, all connected by a flexible hose system. However, while CPU compatibility isn’t a problem, on the graphics card side, it’s clearly a problem.

Initially, the case was launched with six compatible cards, from Gigabyte, Zotac, MSI, ASUS and Sapphire. Today, we learn of support for twelve new cards:

  • NVIDIA: RTX 3090 FE, RTX 4080 FE, RTX 4090 FE
  • ASUS: RTX 4070 Super Dual, RTX 3090 Strix, RTX 4090 Strix, RTX 4080 Super TUF Gaming, RTX 4090 TUF Gaming
  • PNY: RTX 4090 XLR8 Gaming Verto
  • Sapphire: RX 7900 XT (MBA)
  • XFX: XFX RX 7900 XTX SpeedSter Merc 310
  • Zotac: RTX 4090 AMP Extreme AIRO

To extend compatibility to more cards, Streacom takes customer requests into account. To this end, when ordering, you’ll be asked to specify a choice of two graphics cards. If a model is found in a total of ten pre-orders, tests will be carried out to produce a compatible cold plate. This is when you realize that it’s best to avoid overly exotic cards if you want to be able to fit them into your newly acquired case.

As for the case, it’s still at the pre-order stage, and costs €1,200, plus €49 shipping to France. The case!
