As with some graphics cards, it’s the turn of AMD processors to drop in price. Clearly, these are one-off promotions, but the 7000X3Ds are now available at attractive prices. The Ryzen 9 7950X3D, for example, has been reduced by up to $98.
Ryzen 7000X3D on sale at Amazon, Newegg and MicroCenter!
At present, these price reductions only apply to the US market. However, they are already interesting, especially considering the launch price of the Ryzen 9 7950X3D, Ryzen 9 7900X3D and Ryzen 7 7800X3D. These CPUs were launched at :
- $699 for the 7950X3D
- $599 for the 7900X3D
- 449 for the 7800X3D
Now, with American promotions, you could find a 7950X3D from $601 on Amazon.com. The reduction is substantial: $98, or 14% of MSRP. The 7900X3D was less attractive, at $534.99 (-$64) on Amazon.com and Newegg. Finally, the 7800X3D was at $406 for the lowest price on Newegg’s eBay store.
In the case of the 7800X3D, this is an interesting offer, as it makes it possible to acquire one of the highest-performance CPUs in the video game sector. At $406, it’s right up there with Intel’s 13700K.
Over here, rummaging through the various marketplaces, the 7000X3D is priced at :
