Thermalright announces the arrival of its Royal Knight 120 SE aircooling heatsink. The latter adopts a double-tower format in 120 mm, while offering maximum RAM compatibility!
Royal Knight 120 SE: maximum RAM compatibility!
To maximize RAM compatibility, the brand’s heatsink takes action on two fronts. The first is its eccentric base. This shifts the cooling towers towards the rear of the case. The other is the first fan, which has a slim, 15 mm thick profile.
Otherwise, we find a classic Thermalright CPU cooler with a black aluminum first fin on the top of each tower. The radiator is equipped with six 6 mm copper heat pipes.
Ventilation is provided by two fans, one 15 mm thick, operating at 1800 rpm. It will generate an airflow of 59 CFM and a static pressure of 1.24 mmH2O. The central fan is a more conventional 25 mm-thick model, running more slowly at 1500 rpm. At full speed, it will generate an airflow of 66.17 CFM and a static pressure of 1.53 mmH2O.
Once again, compatibility with mainstream Intel and AMD sockets!
