be quiet! launches a new ultra compact heatsink on the market with the small Pure Rock LP. It is a model designed for ITX configurations with an ultra-low height of 45 mm! Clearly, the goal is to come and play on the field of NH-L9 of Noctua and other Cyorig C7 !

With this new heatsink, the brand announces a very compact reference. Indeed, the dimensions are 92 (W) x 92 (D) x 45 (H) mm. These dimensions allow this model not to block memory slots on a motherboard, even ITX. Similarly, its limited height makes it an ideal choice for compact ITX machines or other small multimedia PCs.

The heatsink itself looks good with its black brushed aluminum finish. Also, it doesn’t look like it, but it has a total of three 6mm copper heatpipes each. These are well hidden thanks to two side plates signed be quiet! Finally, we find a non-nickel-plated copper base on which we find pre-applied thermal paste.

be quiet! Pure Rock LPOn the ventilation side, we have the right to a small mill of 92 mm in low profile format. This one will work up to 2500 rpm, nevertheless, we have no idea of the air flow or the static pressure. We only know that the brand presents it as silent 30.6 dB.

As for socket compatibility, this model will run on both Intel and AMD platforms… Unlike Noctua where there are two separate versions. Compatibility is ensured for the LGA-1700/1200/115x and AM5/4 platforms.
