Acer Predator Orion 7000

As far as configuration is concerned, Acer is going all out, since it will be possible to offer a really powerful PC. Indeed, the brand puts forward a configuration that can embark an RTX 3090 in particular! As for memory, we have the right to 64 GB of DDR5 clocked at 4000 MHz. Let’s also note that the platform is in Alder Lake-S, logical that we find DDR5. Speaking of Alder Lake, we can opt for a CPU with up to 16 cores and 24 threads!

The storage part is not left out, depending on the configuration, we can opt for two 1Tb M.2 SSDs in PCIe 4.0. This aspect can be completed by two HDD of 3Tb in SATA III. And if that’s not enough, a 2.5″ hotswap bay is also present!

For the cooling, a priori, no worries since Acer puts forward the use of three fans. Two in 140 mm at the front in aspiration and one in 120 mm at the back in extraction. For the processor, we’ll go with watercooling with a radiator that can go up to 240 mm. Of course, we assume that for smaller CPUs, we will be facing 120 mm.
