New screen at MSI which announces its Optix G273. A new reference landing in a 27″ diagonal which, on paper, promises a good reactivity. Indeed, we expect a screen in 165 Hz all the same!
Optix G273 : a 27″ IPS display !
With this new reference, MSI offers us a model with a diagonal of 27″. In the program, we find a full HD slab type IPS not curved. The reactivity seems rather good on paper. We can count on a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a latency of 1 ms.
For the rest, the figures are rather classic with a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a brightness of 300 cd/m². We also note a coverage of 99% of the color range sRGB against 94% for the DCI-P3. Finally, the horizontal and vertical viewing angles are 178 °.
The connectivity highlights a duo of HDMI 1.4b and a DisplayPort 1.2a input. In addition, a headphone jack closes the mark. However, there will be no adjustable stand that can be rotated in all directions, here it will remain fixed. However, it will be possible to mount it on a VESA bracket in 100 x 100.
Finally, we end with the price which is $250.
