After Lenovo‘s card, we’re back in the RTX 4060 Low Profile field with a model from Gigabyte. The brand’s card comes in an ultra-small format, with a half-height PCB . The aim is to keep footprint to a minimum!
RTX 4060 Low Profile: the smallest possible footprint!
With this model, we find a perfectly original card with an ultra-small heatsink. As you can see, it adopts a half-height format. Despite this, the brand insists on adding three small fans for cooling. Let’s hope this solution isn’t too noisy under load.
Despite its format, this card will require an 8-pin PCIe power connector. This is located at the rear of the PCB, similar to Lenovo’s board.
As for the video outputs, there are four connectors spread over two levels of the PCIe bracket. These feature two HDMI 2.1 and two DisplayPort 1.4. With this card, let’s hope that a double half-height bracket will also be supplied.
With this model, Gigabyte offers one of the most compact RTX 40s on the market. Quite simply, there is currently no more compact model in this series. Until now, the brand’s most compact card was the WindForce OC version, which you can find in our comparison above.
