Noctua updates its roadmap: the D15 is not for tomorrow!

Heading for Austria, Noctua updates its roadmap. Indeed, the brand is updating its new product launch forecasts. By the end of the year, two chromax.black fans are on the program. As for the new D15, we’ll have to wait until the second quarter of 2024!

Noctua updates its roadmap, but still no D15 in sight!

Roadmap NoctuaThis new roadmap shows that Noctua has plans for the near future. As you can see, two references are planned for this quarter, with the launch of the NH-D9L chromax.black and NH-L9x65 chromax.black. As a reminder, the former is a double-tower heatsink in 92. With the second, the brand offers a 65 mm high top-flow cooler, also mounted with a 92 mm fan. What’s interesting here is the switch to full black, facilitating the installation of such fans in a PC.

Otherwise, the brand is planning a small 40 mm fan powered by 24V. Once again, this type of fan is used on 3D printers in particular!

At the very beginning of 2024, we’ll be able to discover the NH-D12L in a chromax.black version. This is a double-tower fan for compact configurations. Read our review here.

On the fan front, Q1 2024 will see the arrival of a new 60 mm fan, but in slimline format. However, the big news is the arrival of the new generation of 140 mm fans. Currently, the NF-A14 and NF-A15 occupy this segment. As a reminder, these are the fans that will be fitted as standard on the brand’s future NH-D15 (presented at Computex, its prototype at least)… Which will arrive in the second quarter of 2024, FINALLY!

The third quarter should see the appearance of a new-generation NH-L12. Another top-flow ventirad that doesn’t take up too much space. Most notably, the new-generation 140 mm fan will be available in black with a chromax.black edition.
