Gamemax continues to offer us new cases. This time, the company is unveiling two new models with its NEX C31 and NEX C51. These two models share a common design, but the C31 can accommodate a micro-ATX motherboard, while the C51 can accommodate an ATX model!
The NEX C31: the smaller of the two!Â
With this first case, the brand offers us a model with an aquarium look consisting of two tempered glass panels. One is mounted on the front, the other on the side of the case. In both cases, the design has no visible pillars.
The dimensions are compact, as this model measures 222 (W) x 449 (D) x 415 (H) mm. Compatibility with motherboards is limited to micro-ATX, while graphics cards up to 41 cm in length, a CPU cooler up to 180 mm in height, and an ATX power supply up to 200 mm in depth can be installed. As for storage, there is an HDD cage for two units with a 2.5″/3.5″ slot.
The ventilation features nine slots for 120 mm fans, while the water cooling radiator support stops at 360 mm at the top.
NEX C51: the biggest!Â
The C51 is the mid-tower version of the C31. In terms of dimensions, this model is slightly taller, measuring 465 mm in height. Otherwise, it has the same width and depth. However, this allows the case to accommodate ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards. While compatibility with CPU coolers, graphics cards, and power supplies remains unchanged, it has an additional slot for a 120 mm fan. As for water cooling, a 360 mm radiator can still be mounted at the top.
Prices:Â
In terms of price, the white version will always be more expensive than the black model. The C31 is very affordable, priced at $49.99 for the black version and $54.99 for the white version. The C51 will be slightly more expensive: $54.99 for the black version and $59.99 for the white version.
