ToughFan Pro: fans in 120 mm and 140 mm!

Thermaltake Toughfan ProAs you can see, this new generation of fans continues the gimmick of the original series. We find a total of nine strongly curved blades. These are connected to an imposing, reinforced central hub, as can be seen. Finally, they pass very close to the frame, since the gap between these two elements is very small: just 0.6 mm.

The frame features siliconized silentblocks and beveled internal edges. All this contributes to increasing the airflow through the fan, while keeping parasitic vibrations to a minimum thanks to rubber pads.Thermaltake Toughfan ProIn the 120 mm range, we have PWM-powered fans. They also feature a speed range from 500 rpm to 2000 rpm. At full speed, airflow reaches 70.8 CFM, while static pressure rises to 3.19 mmH2O.

In 140 mm, the fan is just as fast, but further improves flow and pressure. Air flow is now 119.6 CFM, with static pressure at 3.57 mmH2O.[

Now we come to the price. Individually, in 120 mm, the fan is priced at $24. 99 versus $29. 99 in 140 mm. They also come in a double pack selling for $29.99 in 120 mm vs. $49. 99 in 140 mm. These prices are taken from the TT store.
