MP600 Elite: SSDs from 1 TB to 4 TB!

Of course, we’re talking about SSDs in M.2 format, all with a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface. In terms of capacities, these models come in 1TB and 2TB versions, which are available immediately. The 4TB version has already been announced and will only arrive later: in April to be precise.

Internally, we find 3D-TLC memory from Toshiba. The controller is a Phison PS5027-E27T.

In terms of performance, Corsair has announced sequential read and write speeds of 7 GB/s and 6.5 GB/s respectively. Random performance is rated at 1M read IOPS and 1.2M write IOPS. Finally, a word about endurance: the 2TB version is rated at 1200TB. The 1TB model is rated at 600 TBW, while the 4TB should be around 2400 TBW.

Prices aren’t cheap, with Corsair quoting 2TB at €185, compared with €100 for 1TB.
