So don’t panic, AMD has not decided to change the names of its future CPU range. Morpheus and Nirvana are the leaked code names of the future AMD Zen 5 and Zen 6. AMD uses these code names to define internally the complex CPU arrays based on a given microarchitecture. So for Zen 4 the code name is Durango. But there is also a code name for the processor cores. For Zen 4 cores this little name is Persphone… So much for the story.

Next AMD CPUs: the development of Zen 5 is finished.
In addition to the eyewitness account of these codes, we also learn the manufacturing process and the theoretical launch dates of Zen 5 and Zen 6. The leak is serious since it comes from a dumpling of an AMD engineer. We have confirmation that TSMC will take care of these two generations using the 3 nm EUV foundry node for Zen while Zen 6 will be 2 nm EUV. In the leak, the document states that the work on Zen 5 ended in December 2022, which means the development phase of the is probably over. The Zen 5 architecture is probably currently being tested and optimized. So far AMD has confirmed that the new Zen 5 architecture should be launched in 2024 with a significant performance evolution compared to Zen 4. For Zen 6 the engineer says that the work has just started (January 2023). No need to speculate more on the subject
