The Aerocool brand announces the arrival of new power supplies with its Mirage Gold series. It is a question of a total of six new power supplies declined with a modular and non-modular management of the cables.
Mirage Gold : 650W, 750W and 850W power supplies !
With this new range, the brand offers a series of six new power supplies with power ratings of 650W, 750 and 850W for the largest. However, this series is divided into two categories: modular blocks and non-modular power supplies with a more attractive price… In theory.
Otherwise, the series highlights a neat design, with a side part equipped with RGB lighting. It will be controllable through a three-pin ARGB cable directly attached to the power supply.
Internally, the brand indicates to use Japanese capacitors in 105°C. Otherwise, we find a circuit of conversion of voltages DC-to-DC and an active PFC. Regarding the performance, the brand highlights an 80+ Gold certification. Regarding the protections, we find: the OVP, the UVP, the OPP, the SCP, the OCP, etc. Finally, the cooling is ensured by a 120 mm mill with active operation.
As far as cables are concerned, there are enough to supply modern configurations since all the blocks feature two EPS12V 4+4 pins. The PCIe part has three 6+2 pin connectors (against two in 650W) as well as eight SATA and four Molex. The 650W blocks make do with six SATA and three Molex.
