Maxsun announces an MS-iCraft B860 Cross Aiga!

Maxsun has announced a new MS-iCraft B860 Cross motherboard. We’re talking about motherboards in micro-ATX format, available in Pro and non-Pro versions. The differences between the two boards are minimal, however.

MS-iCraft B860 Cross: two cute motherboards!

Maxsun MS-iCraft B860M Cross AigaOn paper, we have two very similar motherboards. In fact, these models have the same format, the same chipset and the same socket : a B860 coupled to an LGA-1851.

In terms of design, the various heatsinks are white and round. Here, even the printed circuit board is white, as are the four DDR5 memory slots. Finally, the main power connectors and the SATA section remain in black.

As far as connectivity is concerned, we find something fairly classic for a card of this format. We have a first PCIe x16 slot operating to the 5.0 standard. This is complemented by a PCIe x4 4.0. Otherwise, for storage, there are three M.2s, one of which is PCIe 5.0 x4, while the other two are standard 4.0 x4. Finally, four SATA IIIs complete the package.

As for memory, the four DDR5 slots can accommodate up to 192 GB of RAM, all at frequencies of 9066 MT/s. Of course, XMP profile support is included.

These two cards are very similar. However, there is a slight difference in terms of the I/O Shield: the Pro model has an LCD display, while the non-pro version makes do with a small RGB-lit logo. Finally, there will also be a difference in WiFi, with the Pro model running on a BE200 chip, compared with an Intel AX211 for the ‘basic’ version.

Prices here are 1,249 yuan for the basic model and 1,349 yuan for the Pro version, or €163 and €176 respectively.
