Taiwanese brand Lian Li unveils a new case, but a large one this time: the PC-O11 Dynamic Evo XL. For this reference, you’ll need to clear space on your desk to fit this case. The brand claims it’s 38% larger than the O11D Evo!
PC-O11 Dynamic XL: a big case!
In terms of dimensions, this model measures 304 (W) x 522 (D) x 531.9 (D) mm. Unfortunately, the weight is not specified, but we can imagine that this is not the lightest model on the market.
Internally, there’s plenty of room, as it supports E-ATX motherboards. What’s interesting here is that the height of the motherboard tray can be adjusted according to the thickness of the watercooling radiators you wish to mount. You can even go one step further by mounting the board in reverse ATX!
The graphics card has a 460 mm clearance. It can be mounted horizontally, while benefiting from a small support. It can also be mounted vertically and at 90°, using a special bracket that requires a 90 cm-long PCIe riser.
Ventilation will be substantial, with no less than eleven 120 mm fans. In fact, three fans can be fitted at the front, top and bottom, while at the rear, depending on the position of the motherboard tray, two 120 mm fans can be fitted.
For watercooling radiators, 420 mm compatibility is guaranteed at the top or bottom. As for thickness, this can reach 90 mm at the bottom and 118 mm at the top… Always depending on the position of the motherboard tray. By default, we have 82 mm at the top and 90 mm at the bottom.
Prices and cost of accessories :
Of course, prices aren’t going to be cheap, since the official bill comes to €239.90 in black versus €249.90 in white. For 90° mounting of the graphics card, you’ll need an additional bracket, supplied with its riser, which costs €69.90. For vertical installation, at 90°, next to the motherboard, the bracket is priced at €7.90, to which must be added the €100 cost of the 90 cm riser.
