Lancer DDR5: great new generation RAM from XPG!
With its new modules, XPG offers us memory that is sober. The heatsink is asymmetric and has clean lines. However, we can’t forget to mention the RGB lighting on the top of the module via a thin light bar. Moreover, it remains visible from the sides of the stick.
Concerning the capacities, the brand announces the strips displaying some 16 GB. They will be available either individually or in dual channel kit for 32 GB sets. Regarding the frequencies, the brand announces 5200 MT/s, which is quite common in the announcements. Indeed, it is a frequency that we already find on kits Corsair, Gigabyte or TeamGroup. Nevertheless, XPG mentions 6000 MT/s sets for the future.
All that remains is to know the selling price once again. Moreover, this RAM has an error correction system (ECC) and is XMP3.0 compatible.
