Intel’s new fan is confirmed

We had talked about the new range of fans that Intel would release for its Alder Lake. In September, we already presented the leak of a range of 3 fans. This one was intended for non-K processors and it is still obviously the case. There is clearly no doubt that the preferred cooling of the K series will be done with a serious AIO, as the dissipation of the new Intel monsters does not allow the use of the good old Intel fan that has accompanied us in recent years. But let’s take a look at these fans since we have the definitive photo of one of the versions ( the Intel RM1 CPU Cooler unveiled today by @momomo_us ) . Intel ventirad One thing remains on this cooler, and it’s not to reassure us, it’s the mounting system that seems to continue using its plastic studs. A quick solution to set up, quick to fix but of a relative reliability especially when your PC travels. So obviously, we won’t really miss the old ventirad (which is becoming a legend) but we would have hoped for a product with a little more security on the fixing system.
