Things are gradually becoming clearer about Intel’s Arc B580. After an initial appearance on Amazon, followed by rumours about its characteristics, the card has now been listed by American retailers. Price? Around $250, a competitive price. However, it remains to be seen what its final performance will be!
Arc B580: a small price!
Once again, we can thank @momomo_us for tracking down US-based retailers who are publicly displaying the card’s price. In fact, the price is around $250, which, by today’s standards, should make this model very affordable. However, we’re still wondering about the card’s performance.
The card will offer a lower configuration than the Arc A580, but even though this model will feature fewer Xe2 cores and a smaller bus, we mustn’t forget the improvements made within the GPU architecture itself, which can boost performance. In this respect, we don’t know where Intel stands.
A word of clarification on the retail price, since this is the price for the Limited Edition model, and we’re most likely talking about a reference card from Intel. So you can expect custom products to cost a bit more.
