New graphics driver from Intel, with Arc GPU Graphics Driver version 101.5972. The program includes support for new games, including the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 beta!
Intel Arc GPU Graphics Driver 101.5972: ready for Black Ops 6!
Broadly speaking, this new version simply adds support for the following new games:
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 beta
- Smite 2
- Star Wars Outlaws
- Vision of Mana
If you’re planning to play any of these games, clearly, you need to upgrade your driver.
Known issues:
For this release, no patches deployed, simply the following list of identified issues:
- Intel Arc A-Series Graphics Products:
- Flickering corruptions can be seen on Doom Eternal (Vulkan) on the game menu and in-game.
- Blender may crash during certain benchmark scenes.
- Topaz Video AI may encounter errors when using certain models for video enhancement.
- Intel Core with Arc iGPU:
- Crashes may occur on Enshrouded (Vulkan) during gameplay.
- Diablo IV (DirectX 12) may also crash when ray tracing is enabled.
- Color corruptions may occur on Horizon Forbiden West (DirectX 12).
- Fortnite (DirectX 12) may crash when Alt Tabbed.
- Instabilities may be encountered on SPECworkstation3.1 on certain workloads.
- CATIA quality toolbar texts may not appear with HQAO settings.
- Crashes may occur on Procyon AI when the benchmark is run with Float32 precision.
- Intel Arc Control:
- Intermittently, scheduled driver updates may not work.
- The capture or stream function may not stop when using the stop option. To get around this, use the quit application option in the settings to stop recording.
