A little news from In Win which announces new colors for their A3 and A5 models. As a reminder, these are compact cases, the first one intended for micro-ATX motherboards and the second for more conventional ATX models. It is even compatible with E-ATX models!
A3 and A5, a little reminder :
With its two cases, In Win offers us cases measuring 215 (W) x 401 (D) x 347 (H) mm for the A3. The second one will necessarily be more imposing with 215 (W) x 399 (D) x 407 (H) mm. Inside, these cases will allow the installation of motherboards in micro-ATX format and mini-ITX for the A3. On the other side, the A5 will be able to accommodate cards up toE-ATX.
Out of this, these two references offer more or less the same thing. Indeed, the compatibility of the components remains identical from one model to the other. We will have 162 mm for the CPU ventirad, 340 mm for the graphics card and up to 200 mm for the power supply.
The storage part is based on a 2.5″/3.5″ board, a second 2.5″ board and a last 2.5″/3.5″ slot under the power supply. On the other hand, the biggest model has a second 2.5″ board at the back of the motherboard tray.
Otherwise, the airflow will be vertical, due to the location of the power supply, the cases will draw fresh air from the bottom. However, they have a fairly small number of fan slots: x5 in 120mm. We find two at the bottom, two at the top and one at the back. Note that two Mercury AM120S fans are installed as standard. Obviously, for watercooling, we will be limited to a 240 mm radiator!
Now, you should know that these two references are available in white. Nevertheless, there is still no known price. In addition, these are not cases that are currently in commerce, for this, you will have to go through the online store of the brand. Currently, the black models are trading at $105 or 127,50 € for the A5 against $95 or 115,00 € for the A3!
